BETA version launch of Estatera.eu

After many months of hard work we are very pleased to be able to launch the BETA version of Estatera.eu today. Much effort has been put into creating an intuitive platform that will provide real estate agents with increased exposure of their properties in the European real estate market. Today is a big milestone for us but we have many plans for the coming weeks and months for further developing this website.

In the current version of this website we have limited the real estate type to residential real estate listings. In the coming week we will be adding a separate section of commercial real estate with custom search & filter criteria. Shortly thereafter, we will also add functionality for holiday rentals as well.

One of our other short-term priorities is full integration of Google Maps. The foundation for this has already been made as properties are now already geocoded, allowing website visitors to see the location of a property on the map. A full integration will also provide the visitor with the possibility to fully search & filter our database of real estate listings in a map view (opposed to the current list view).

Furthermore, we will continually be improving many aspects of the site to further improve the usability for our users. For this, we would appreciate any feedback you can provide.
